Gareth is the owner of the corporation and has over 25- years of management experience, including 12-years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance, statutory and minute writing experience, covering a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, banking, mining, oil and gas, medical aid, insurance, non-profit organisation
Gareth is the owner of the corporation and has over 25- years of management experience, including 12-years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance, statutory and minute writing experience, covering a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, banking, mining, oil and gas, medical aid, insurance, non-profit organisations, retail, investment, property and telecommunications.
Gareth holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Sue is experienced as a business owner and has amassed over 30-years of experience assisting small to medium enterprises with their office administration, including book-keeping and payroll.
